* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 11 AM EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.

Rachel Arling paid $1 to help tape English teacher Lacy Howell to a wall as part of Marion Local High School's FFA charity fundraiser Friday afternoon.

The fundraiser was part of the students' events in honor of FFA Week.
