* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Von Call
Von E. "Bud" Call, 73, of Willshire, Ohio passed away Thursday evening, January 31, 2019 at CHP Van Wert Inpatient Hospice.
Bud was born on July 2, 1945 in Decatur, Indiana to Earl "Woody" & Lucy Ann (Terrell) Call. He married Suzanne (Werst) on June 26, 1965 in Decatur.
He served his country in the United States Air Force from 1962 to 1964. Bud attended Praise Point Church in Willshire, Ohio. He was a member of the Moose Lodge #1311 in Decatur, Shane's Aerie Eagles #1292 in Rockford and the Willshire Sportsman's Club. He was a former member of the American Legion Post #207 in Willshire.
He retired in 2007 from Central Soya in Decatur with 43 years of service. Bud loved golfing, fishing and bowling. He was a great bowler having several perfect 300 games and also bowling an 800 series. He was an avid IU basketball fan and Chicago Bears fan.
He is survived by his wife, Suzanne Call of Willshire, OH; two sons, Scott (Deb) Call & Brooks (Tina) Call both of Rockford, OH; daughter, Tiffany (Mike DiCillo) Lewis of Brook Park, OH; two brothers, Vernon Call of FL & James Call of Monroeville, IN; brother-in-law, Richard (Rita) Werst of Celina, OH; and seven grandchildren, Eleesha Long, Jordan Feldes, and Ocean, Quinn, Keagan, Giovanna, & Rowan DiCillo.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother-in-law, James Werst.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, February 4, 2019 at Praise Point Church in Willshire, Ohio with Pastor Brandon Baker, Pastor Mark Ralph, & Pastor Brad Kittle officiating. Military Honors will be conducted by the American Legion Post #43 of Decatur.
Family & friends will be received from 12 noon to 5 p.m. Sunday, February 3, 2019 at Zwick & Jahn Funeral Home in Decatur and one hour prior to the service on Monday at the church.
Preferred memorials are to Praise Point Church or CHP Van Wert Inpatient Hospice.
