* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Barbara Brophy
Barbara L. Brophy, age 85 of St. Henry, died Sunday, January 27, 2019 at Briarwood Village, Coldwater.
She was born January 8, 1934 in Celina, to the late Clifford R. "Cliff" Hoenie & Kathryn (Gast) Hoenie. On September 1, 1955 she married Arthur Brophy and he passed June 4, 2000.
Barb is survived by children, Mike & Lyn Brophy of St. Henry, Sue & Willie Simpson of Rice, VA, Pat & Denise Brophy of Celina, Tim & Julie Brophy of DeBary, FL, and John & Denise Brophy of Lakeland, FL. Barb is also survived by her 11 grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, and a sister-in-law Marge Hoenie of Russells Point.
In addition to her husband and parents, Barb was preceded in death by an infant son, Tony, a brother Cliff Hoenie, and in-laws, Bill & Shirley Vance.
Barb was a member of St. Henry Catholic Church, the Altar Rosary Sodality, and the St. Henry Heritage Club. She graduated from Immaculate Conception High School in Celina, in 1952, Good Samaritan School of Nursing in 1955 and Good Samaritan Paramedic Education in 1978.
In her nursing career Barb worked for several doctors and hospitals, and touched many lives. She helped establish and train the nurses for the kidney treatment program at Sidney Hospital. She was a charter member of the St. Henry EMS, where she was the first paramedic, and served the community for 22 years.
A memorial Mass will be held at 10:30 am Saturday, February 9, 2019 at St. Henry Church. Burial will follow in St. Henry Cemetery.
Friends may call from 4:00 to 7:00 pm Friday, February 8, and 9:00 to 10:00 am Saturday at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in St. Henry.
Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Henry EMS.
