* WHEN...From 6 AM to 6 PM EST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday morning and evening commutes.

Twelve Mercer County snowplows are loaded and ready to handle the winter storm predicted for the county today. Local weather forecaster Dennis Howick is predicting 3-5 inches of snow to fall today and bitter cold temperatures Sunday night.
