* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 4:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 12.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

Virginia Walterbusch
Virginia R. Walterbusch, age 87 of Celina, died Monday, January 7, 2019 at Mercer Health Hospital in Coldwater.
She was born March 3, 1931 in Coldwater to the late Henry & Leona (Siegrist) Schmidt. On September 15, 1951 she married Elmer Walterbusch and he died in 1993.
She is survived by children, Norman Walterbusch of Celina, Pauline & John Braun of Coldwater, Shirley & Steve Zender of Celina, and Joann & Ron Wagner of Troy; son-in-law Vic Belna and companion Sue Osterholt of Coldwater; 8 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren; siblings, Charles & Vera Schmidt of Coldwater, Ivo & Rose Ann Schmidt of Coldwater, Virgil & Velma Schmidt of Chickasaw, Paul & Janet Schmidt of Goshen, Ohio, Eileen Eckstein of Greenville, and Urban & Sandy Schmidt of Goshen, Ohio; and in-laws, Louis & Helena Walterbusch of Coldwater, Bill & Kathryn Walterbusch of Coldwater, and Mary Helen Rose of New Bremen.
She was preceded in death by daughter, Rosemary Belna, and in-laws, Clem Eckstein, Leo & Armella Pohlman, and Raphael Rose.
She was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, Montezuma and the Christian Mothers Sodality of the church, and the Saint Cecilia Knights of St. John Auxiliary of Coldwater. Virginia was a homemaker who enjoyed sewing, gardening, and loved traveling to events with her son, Norman.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 am Friday, January 11, 2019 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Our Lady of Guadalupe Cemetery, Montezuma.
Friends may call from 3:00 to 8:00 pm Thursday, January 10, and 9:00 to 9:45 am Friday at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Coldwater.
