* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

William Homan
William "Bill" David Homan, of Kettering, Ohio passed away after a recent illness on December 26, 2018 at Kettering Medical Center with his children by his side.
William is survived by his mother; Opal Homan of Kettering, his children; Robert Homan of Celina, Joseph (Janelle) Homan of Springboro, and Christopher (Clarissa) Homan of Springboro, his grandchildren; Mikayla Kinser and Zoey Homan, and many close cousins.
He is preceded in death by his father Eugene Homan and his daughter Lindsay Homan.
William was born in Dayton, Ohio on July 20, 1948 to Eugene and Opal Homan. He graduated from Chaminade Julienne Catholic High School in 1966. After high school he served as an MP in the United States Army. Following the Army he worked until his retirement, when he then cared for his mother until his passing.
William was a devoted son, father, and grandfather. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him.
A private memorial for the family will be held at a later time.
