* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Anne Moody
Anne E. Moody, age 45 of Minster, Ohio died on Thursday, December 6, 2018 at Briarwood Village, Coldwater.
She was born October 4, 1973 in Laramie, Wyoming, to Allard & Joyce (Tominc) Moody of Ft. Collins, Colorado.
She is survived by siblings, Neal Moody of Ft. Collins, Colorado, and Jeanne Moody of San Diego, California.
Anne was a person of Strong Faith and touched and affected everyone she met. She held two masters degrees and was a teacher for a few years. She also used her gifts in service to others by being active in her church, teaching classes on the Constitution for a couple of years, and sharing spiritual reflections on her blog, "Living in the Two Hearts." (http://www.livingin thetwohearts.com/) "It is in suffering that we may also be glorified with Jesus."
Funeral Services are in the care of Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster and will be held at a later date.
