Firefighters battle blaze

Mendon, Spencerville, Ohio City and Rockford firefighters work to extinguish a blaze at 16316 State Route 81, eight miles north of Mendon. According to Mendon Fire Chief Darrell Etgen, the house was unoccupied and had been scheduled for demolition.
