Chris Dues of Jutte Excavating, Fort Recovery, tears down a piece of brick wall on the third floor of the Celina water treatment plant. Work is underway to replace the plant's roof and remove old lime silos and piping. The project will clear the way potentially to add a new process to treat the city's drinking water more efficiently.
