* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Helen Snow
Helen Irene (Baumgartner) Snow, age 94, formerly of Coldwater, Ohio, passed away on Thursday, November 22, 2018 at the Laurels of Shane Hill in Rockford.
She was born on, August 30, 1924 in Toledo, Ohio to the late Alexander and Elizabeth (Myers) Baumgartner. On September 1, 1950 she married Fred Snow, who died in 1976.
Survivors include her children; Sharon (Scott) Altenbach of Rockford and Fred (Laura) Quellhorst of Williamsburg, VA., Gary (Linda) Snow of Maplewood, Warren Snow, Oblong, IL.,Tonda Snow of Lima, Eleven grandchildren Alexander Altenbach, Kameryn Altenbach, Laura Clare Quellhorst, Brooke Quellhorst, Marie Snow, Sandra Snow, Travis Snow, Lisa Snow, Alexis Snow, John (Rhonda) Snow, Sasha (Rodney) Heckler three great grandchildren and many generations of Nieces and Nephews.
Helen was preceded in death by her parents, her brothers; Raymond Baumgartner, Emil Baumgartner, Chancey Baumgartner, her sisters; Dora Kerns, Arvilla McClusky, Pearl Waskoski and her sister-in-law Betty (Ralph) Rodenbeck.
She retired from Huffy Bicycle in Celina and then started a babysitting business until she retired in 2007. She was a member of the Celina First Church of God.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday Nov. 30, 2018 at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina, with Rev. Richard Van Horn officiating. Burial will follow in the Swamp College Cemetery in Celina.
Friends may call from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 29, 2018 and on Friday an hour prior to services at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Community Health Professionals Health Care & Hospice, 816 Pro Dr., Celina, Ohio 45822.
