* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

LeAnn Frysinger-Mosakowski
LeAnn Frysinger-Mosakowski, 65, of New Haven, IN died Friday November 2, 2018 at her residence.
She was born June 12, 1953 in Lima, OH to Donald and Margaret (La Point) Frysinger.
Survivors include: daughter Amelia Martin of Rentz, GA; daughter Michelle Abdullah of New Haven, IN; 11 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; sister Kathy (Harold) Jones of Dayton, OH; brother Steven (Lorette) Frysinger of Downey, CA; sister Billie Kay (DeWayne) Marsee of St. Marys, OH; brother Daniel Frysinger of St. Marys, OH; step-son Jeffrey (Tammy) Bonifas of Lexington, NE; step-son Nathan (Leticia) Bonifas of Lexington, NE; numerous nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by: parents Donald and Margaret Frysinger; son Vincent Bonifas; brother Keith Frysinger; son-in-law Muhammad Abdullah
She was a graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School (Class of 1971) and Stautzenberger Business College in Toledo, OH. She was employed by the Allen Co, Recorder's Office in Ft. Wayne, Indiana. Her favorite pastimes included reading and playing games on Facebook. She enjoyed a special, close relationship with two of her great-grandchildren, Jamarkis and Jay' Vion.
Rites are scheduled to begin 10:30 a.m. Saturday November 10, 2018 at the Miller Funeral Home 1605 Celina Road (Ohio 703 West Chapel) in St. Marys. Burial will follow at the Buckland Cemetery in Buckland, OH.
Visitation 4-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
