* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Norma Clouner-Maxson
Norma Clouner-Maxson, 88, of St. Marys, OH died 11:15 p.m. Saturday November 3, 2018 at Vancrest of St. Marys.
She was born March 27, 1930 in Washington, PA to D. Emmett and Nora S. (Evans) McCoy. On June 27, 1948 she married Charles R. Clouner, who died December 18, 1969. She then married Homer E. Maxson December 4, 1982 and he died June 30, 2002.
Survivors include: daughter Debra (Dean Monroe) Brewer of St. Marys, OH; daughter Retha JoAnn (Terry) Best of Winnfield, LA; son Carey (Mary) Clouner of St. Marys, OH; 8 grandchildren: Nichole (Gary) Patterson, Bobbi Jo (John) Redding, Syrina (Bruce) Austin, Randy Richards, Jr., Robert Richards, Kyle (Cindy) Clouner, Luke (Tasha) Clouner, Ethan (Rachel) Clouner; numerous great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild
Preceded in death by: parents D. Emmett and Nora McCoy; first husband Charles Clouner; son Robert Norman Clouner; second husband Homer Maxson; brother Emmett Dale McCoy; brother James McCoy; brother Charles McCoy.
She was a production employee for Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. for many years. She was a life member of VFW Post #9289 and American Legion Post #323 auxiliaries and DAV Chapter #119.
Her favorite pastimes included traveling to casinos with her daughter to play the slot machines and socializing with her family and friends. She was fond of animals, especially her beloved pet cat, "Boots."
Rites are scheduled to begin 10:00 a.m. Thursday November 8, 2018 at the Miller Funeral Home 1605 Celina Road (Ohio 703 West Chapel) in St. Marys, with the Rev. Kurt C. Klingbeil, officiating.
Visitation 4-7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
