* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

David Linton
David Noel Linton, age 76, of Celina, Ohio passed away on Saturday, Oct. 27, 2018, at the Celina Manor Nursing Home.
He was born on June 29, 1942, in Van Wert, Ohio, to the late Elmer and Joy (Chivington) Linton. On May 4, 1968 he married Linda Ann Stauffer, who lives in Celina. Also surviving are his two children Penny Linton and Jim Watson of Wapakoneta and Larry (Emily) Linton of San Bernardino, CA, four granddaughters: Kate Watson; Lydia, Lindy and Isla Linton; sister and brother-in-law Elizabeth (Gary) Moorman of Tipp City.
David was preceded in death by his parents and his sister and brother-in-law Diana Joan (David) Eyink.
He graduated from Celina High School with the Class of 1960 and served his country in the United States Army National Guard. He was a farmer and a cabinet maker. He was a member of the Celina First Church of God. David cared for his family and was a generous Man.
A memorial service will be held in late December at the Celina First Church of God, with Rev. Craig Flack officiating. Burial will follow in the Swamp College Cemetery in Celina.
