* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Carl 'Bill' Schmehl
Carl W. "Bill" Schmehl, Jr., 84, of Saint Marys, died 11:05 A.M. Tuesday, October 23, 2018, at VanCrest of Saint Marys.
He was born July 24, 1934, in Ann Arbor, Michigan, the son of Carl W. and Hulda (Abe) Schmehl. He married Mary Schrolucke on February 22, 1958, at the First United Church of Christ in New Knoxville. She survives at the residence.
In addition to his wife, Mary, he is survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Bill was a 1952 graduate of Saint Marys Memorial High School. He retired from Stamco in New Bremen, where he had been a steel mill equipment salesman.
He was a member and Past Master of Mercer Lodge #121; Ancient Scottish Rite, Valley of Dayton and Antioch Shrine, Dayton. He was a member of the First Church of New Knoxville.
Graveside burial rites will be held 1:00 P.M. Friday, October 26, 2018, at Elm Grove Cemetery, The Reverend Roger Phillips, officiant.
