* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Rebecca Thobe
Rebecca Thobe age 61 of Minster passed this world surrounded by her family & friends at 1:47 AM on October 19, 2018 at her home in Minster.
She was born on December 28, 1956 in Fort Loramie, Ohio to the late Jerome & Patricia (Pleiman) Hoelscher. She married Douglas Thobe on June 17, 1978 at St. Michael Church in Fort Loramie and he survives in Minster.
She is survived by children: Jason & Amber Thobe, Bradford, Benjamin Thobe, Minster, Molly & Phil Reecer, Medina, grandchildren: Levi, Logan & Leeum, brothers: Mark & Elizabeth Hoelscher, Fort Loramie, Larry & Kathy Hoelscher, Sharonville, Jeff & Lori Hoelscher, St. Marys, Anthony Hoelscher, Minster.
She was preceded in death by her parents and an infant sister Beth Ann.
She was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster. Rebecca was a graduate of Fort Loramie High School in 1975. She was also the neighborhood bus driver for Joan's kids.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, October 24, 2018 at St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster, Ohio, with Rev. Frankline Rayappa, celebrant. Burial will follow in St. Augustine Cemetery.
Friends may call at Hogenkamp Funeral Home Minster from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Tuesday, October 23, and from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM on Wednesday, October 24.
