* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Joyce Livingston
Joyce A. Livingston, age 78, of Coldwater, passed away Monday, October 15, at Briarwood Village, Coldwater.
She was born October 5, 1940, in New Madison, to the late Richard Ross & Jeanne (Stephens) Johnson. On September 2, 1967, she married Donald Livingston, and he survives in Coldwater.
In addition to her husband Don, Joyce is survived by siblings, Linda & Jerry Oler and Michael Ross, all of New Madison, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Joyce is preceded in death by a son Jeffery Menger, and an infant daughter Stacy Menger, her step mother Fae Ross, and a step sister Sue Sanders.
Joyce was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Coldwater, an active member of the F.O.E. 3025 in Coldwater, and was a member of Coldwater American Legion Auxiliary for over 50 years. Don and Joyce spent nearly 39 years living in Tucson, AZ. She retired from Arizona Electric Power, she loved to travel with her husband Don, and she loved animals especially horses, and her dog Misty.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM on Friday, October 19, 2018 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater. Burial will follow in Greenmound Cemetery, New Madison.
Memorials may be made to The Mercer County Animal Protection League, or State of the Heart Care.
