* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

David Blatz
David J Blatz "Chief", age 71 of Celina, passed away Saturday, September 29, 2018 at Heartland of Miamisburg.
He was born January 21, 1947 in Dayton, Ohio the son of John and Lois Blatz.
He is preceded in death by his parents and brother, Ronald Blatz.
David enjoyed fishing and hunting at Grand Lake St. Marys.
David is survived by his daughter, Lisa Blatz; nephews, Chris (Angela) Blatz, Nick (Kristin) Blatz. He is also survived by numerous family and friends.
Special thank you to all who assisted David in any way during his time of need.
A gathering in honor of David will be held on October 14, 2018 from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions-Beavercreek Chapel 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, Ohio 45432. Interment will be Monday, October 15, 2018 at Miami Valley Memory Gardens.
