* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Paul Cullers
Paul E. Cullers, age 84, of Celina, Ohio, died on Monday, September 24, 2018 at Briarwood Village in Coldwater.
He was born March 26, 1934 in Lewisburg, OH to Virgil & Florence (Saul) Cullers. On June 9, 1956, Paul married Joyce (Devilbiss) Cullers and she still resides in Celina.
He is survived by children, Jodi & Dick Swaney of Celina, Jeffrey Lee Cullers of Winton Manor, Florida, and Tracy Ann Cullers of Leawood, Kansas; grandchildren, Josh & Angie, of Hebron Ky.; Kane & Megan of Celina and Job of Columbus; great grandchildren, Olivia, Sophia, Isabelle, Owen, Brenna and Charlee; siblings, Carol & Tom Albers of Wisconsin and Mary Jane & Jack Wehrly of Florida; in-laws, Linda Cullers of Minnesota, Joel & Ann Devilbiss of West Alexandria, Donnie Devilbiss of Brookville, and Larry & Margie Devilbiss of Dayton; and many nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his brother, James Cullers.
Paul was the owner of D + W Marina and Woodhaven Mobile Home Park. He was also a member of the Celina American Legion, Celina Moose Lodge and the Lake Improvement Association.
Funeral Service will be held 11 AM Saturday, September 29, 2018 at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Coldwater.
Friends may call on Friday from 4-8 PM and on Saturday from 10-11 AM.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to State of the Heart Hospice or the Lake Improvement Association.
