* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Virginia Ruskin
Virginia Ruth Ruskin, age 93, passed away peacefully from this life on Thursday September 20, 2018, at Miami Valley Hospital, Dayton, Ohio.
Virginia was preceded in death by her husband Thomas M. Ruskin, M.D., her parents Elmer and Leona (Link) Smith; her brothers, Howard, Tom, and Jim, her sisters Katherine, Marjorie, Marian, Jane, and Martha, sons-in law Clyde Carpenter and Mark Wehner.
Virginia leaves behind her daughters Christine & Henry Glass, Jackie Carpenter, and Stephanie Wehner, along with her eight grandchildren, and 18 great grandchildren, and many dear nieces and nephews.
Virginia was widowed early in life and dedicated herself to raising her three girls by herself, providing them with exciting and beautiful vacations and a good education. For many years Virginia served as bookkeeper and housekeeper for the Parish of St. Henry and made many dear friends there.
Funeral Mass will be held at St. Henry Catholic Church, St. Henry, Ohio, on Monday September 24, 2018 at 10:00 am.
A private viewing for family will be held before the funeral mass.
The family would like to extend our gratitude to all the staff and to all the friends she made at St. Leonard's Health and Rehabilitation Center for their loving care.
In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of Dayton in Virginia's name.
