* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Workers from subcontractor Schunk Excavating on Tuesday afternoon scramble to finish installing a fitness obstacle course and 40-yard-dash running lane at Eastview Park on the former diamond 5. The grand opening is set for Saturday. Workers said the main obstacle course should be complete by then but not the 40-yard-dash running lane as they are still waiting on parts to arrive.
