* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Keith Speckman
Keith E. Speckman, age 72, passed away on Wednesday Sept. 19, 2018 at his residence in Celina with his family by his side.
He was born on June 25, 1946 in Celina Ohio to the late Vernon and Helen (Gilmore) Speckman. On May 25th 1968 he married Karen (Rife) Speckman, who survives at their residence.
Other survivors include two sons Kelly Speckman of Celina and Kirk Speckman of St. Marys. Two granddaughters Allyson and Alayna, sister Sheila (Rev. Douglas Meyer) of Celina, brother Ronald (Jane) Speckman of Ft. Myers, Florida. Brothers-in-law Dick Shook of Ansonia, John Rife of Newton, Illinois, Cloyce (Norma) Rife of Palm Bay, Florida, Bill (Norma) Rife of Atwater, California and Donald Antey of Newton, Illinois. Sisters-in-law Glenda Ballinger of Celina, Patty (David) Webster of Newton, Illinois.
He was preceded in death by his parents and sister Kay Shook, brothers-in-law Bob Ballinger, Ira J. Rife, Stevie Rife and his sister-in-law Sandy Antey.
Keith retired from Lutheran Brotherhood/Thrivent Financial Insurance, and then worked for Financial Solutions Network. He was a member of the St. John Lutheran Church in Celina.
Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday Sept. 24, 2018 at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina, with Rev. Jeff Gramza and Rev. Douglas Meyer officiating.
