* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Elizabeth Muether, director of the Mercer County District Public Library, speaks Sunday at the dedication ceremony of Marilyn Frahm Memorial Park. Frahm left a portion of her estate to the library after passing in 2016. The library board decided to construct the small park adjacent to the library to honor Frahm.
