* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 4:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 12.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

Connie Schoenlein
Connie M. Schoenlein passed away on August 23, 2018 at the age of 66.
She leaves behind her husband Anthony (Tony) R. Schoenlein; her daughter Jennifer & Greg Salm; her sons, Anthony Lee Schoenlein and Keith Schoenlein; four grandchildren Ayden, Rielly, Elaina and Miles; two brothers, Mike (Mary) Buschur and Gerald Buschur; a sister Phyllis (Dick) Gansert; and in-laws, Margie Buschur, Paul & Phyllis Schoenlein, Barb & Bill Ahrens, Connie & Ted Schmitmeyer, Betty & Bob Broering, Bill & Judy Schoenlein, Tom & Helen Schoenlein, Ron & Linda Schoenlein, Mary & Ken Larger and Joe & Sherry Schoenlein.
She is preceded in death by her parents Melvin & Audrey (Frank) Buschur and two brothers Richard Buschur and Dale Buschur.
Connie was born on March 18, 1952 in Coldwater, Ohio, where she raised her three children. In 2015 she and Tony relocated and retired to "The Farm" outside of Portland, IN, where her "Grandchildren Became Friends."
Connie will always be remembered for her great ability to talk to anyone, her beautiful smile and her sweet personality. She always bought the best gifts, as they were truly heartfelt and she was happiest spending time with her family including their annual vacations to Michigan. Like her dad Melvin, she was a firebug, always the first to start the campfire and keep it going.
Connie worked as a Real Estate Agent and started her own business, CS Cornerstone Realty. She showed true strength and grace as she battled breast cancer and was her family's rock and hero.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 am Monday, August 27, 2018 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Coldwater. Burial will be in St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater.
Family and friends may visit at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Coldwater from 1 to 5 pm Sunday and 9 to 10 am Monday.
Memorials may be made in her memory to the Pink Ribbons Girls, 15 S. Second St., Tipp City, OH 45371.
