* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Marilyn Ballinger
Marilyn Ruth Ballinger (Lauth), age 77, formerly of Celina, Ohio, passed away on August 11, 2018 in Coldwater, Ohio.
She was born August 25, 1940 in Celina, to the late Harry and Leota (Cowhick) Rogers.
She is survived by her longtime companion, Ronald Lauth, Sebring, Florida; her children, Kimberly (Craig) Tingley, Celina, Melody Ballinger, Geneva, Indiana, and Donald (Shelly) Ballinger, Coldwater; step children, Tami (Stan) Sanford, St. Marys, Teri (Joe) Lesher, New Bremen, Craig (Renee) Lauth, St. Marys, and Brent (Charla) Lauth, New Knoxville; two sisters, Joan (Hershel) Baugher, Lakeland, Florida, and Marge (Gary) Hoenie, Jacksonville, Florida; 16 grandchildren; 9 step grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; and 11 step great grandchildren.
Also preceded in death by her husband of 32 years, Robert L. Ballinger, on May 5, 1990; a daughter, Christine Joan Schott Medaugh; a son, Daniel Franklin Ballinger; and two brothers, William and Herman Rogers.
Marilyn was a 1958 graduate of Celina Senior High School. She retired from Plaza Lanes in Celina after 32 years of service. In addition, she also worked part time cleaning homes and helping out at Tingley Tax Preparation in Celina. Marilyn was a member of Bible Fellowship Church in Sebring, Florida.
Memorial services will begin at 1:00 pm on Saturday, August 25, 2018 in Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, with Fr. Vincent Wirtner C.PP.S., officiating; where the family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. At the conclusion of the service the family invites everyone to Coldwater Park at shelter house 4.
Private graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family at Mercer Memory Gardens in Celina.
