* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Wayne Reed

Wayne A Reed, died Sunday morning August 12, 2018, at St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima, Ohio.

Wayne, the son of the late John and Lucy Harnes Reed, was born on February 2, 1942 in Xenia, Ohio.

Surviving is a son, John C. Reed of Laotto, Indiana.

A graveside service honoring Wayne's military service was held on Wednesday, August 15, 2018, at Rochester Cemetery, Cecil, Ohio.

Serving the family was Smith & Brown Funeral Home, Hicksville, Ohio.
