* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

St. Henry's Sam Koesters watches his putt fall on the back nine Wednesday morning. Golfers from area schools hit the course officially for the first time on Wednesday at the Mercer County Elks. Players from Fort Recovery, St. Henry, Marion Local and Coldwater all visited the Elks in preparation for the upcoming season.
