* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Jarrod Elsass
Jarrod L. Elsass, 33, of East Liberty, formerly of Wapakoneta, passed away on Wednesday July 18, 2018.
He was born in Columbus, OH on April 21, 1985 to Larry J. (Teri) Elsass of East Liberty and Mary A. (Terry) Hummel of Ft. Recovery.
Survivors include three children, Aiden, Riley, Nevaeh; three sisters, Nicki (Nick) Saam of Cridersville, Carrie (Jim) Jones of Buckland, Darcie Elsass of Ft. Wayne and a paternal grandmother Janelda Elsass of Celina.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Ted J. Elsass; paternal grandmother, Marlene Arrandale; maternal grandfather Robert E. Stahl; maternal grandmother Keturah M. Stahl and a nephew Noah I. Weber.
Jarrod was a 2003 graduate of Wapakoneta High School. He worked at Midwest Express in Marysville. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and working with dogs and horses. He was a member of the Logan County, Ohio Horseman's Council. He also enjoyed golfing and helping with his son's wrestling team.
Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. Monday, July 23, 2018 at Schlosser Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Wapakoneta. Private family services and burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, Wapakoneta at a later date.
Memorial contribution may be directed to Larry Elsass for Jarrod's children's education.
