* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Paul Bills
Paul Leo Bills, age 83, of Celina, Ohio passed away on Thursday July 5, 2018 at his residence in Celina.
He was born on Oct. 7, 1934 in Chickasaw, Ohio to the late Henry and Loretta (Winner) Bills. On May 7, 1955 Paul married his first wife of 49 years Rita Jean Fischer, who died Dec. 10, 2004. On Nov. 1, 2008 he married Elizabeth Katherine "Betsy" Bruns, who lives in Celina.
Paul was also survived by his daughter and son-in-law Terri (Dr. William) Finkelmeier of Carmel, IN, son and daughter-in-law Allan (Shelly) Bills of Celina, five grandchildren Alison, Brett, Eric, Alaina, Craig, two great grandchildren Beckham and Christian, his brother and sister-in-law Walter (Vera) Bills of Lynchburg, VA, his sisters and brother-in-law Norma Swink of Minster and Barbara (David) Smith of Roanoke, VA.
He was preceded in death by a sister and brothers-in-law Esther (Robert) Elking and Edward Swink.
Paul was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Celina and a member of the Knights of Columbus Council #1800. He retired in 1990 after 40 years of service with Reynolds & Reynolds in Celina.
A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday July 14, 2018 at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Celina, with Fr. Vince Wirtner C.PP.S. officiating. Burial will follow in the Precious Blood Cemetery in Chickasaw.
The family will receive friends from 8:30-9:30 a.m. Saturday morning at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina.
