Andrea Garman
Andrea E. Garman, age 67, of Celina, Ohio, passed away at 9:49 pm, July 3, 2018, at Mercer Health in Coldwater, Ohio.
She was born May 9, 1951 to the late Carl and Arlene (Bader) Gerlach. On November 23, 1968 she married Tom Garman, and he survives at the residence in Celina.
Other survivors are three daughters, Sonja Bruns, Kristi (Tom) Rable, and Erin Garman, all of Celina; two brothers, Jeff (Mary Ann) Gerlach, Troy, Ohio, and Stan (Nina) Gerlach, Montezuma, Ohio; three sisters, Susie (Bo) Walter, Celina, Robin (Dave) Gerker, Fort Jennings, Ohio, and Denise (Steven) Higgins, Indian Rock Beach, Florida; nine grandchildren; and four-step grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by two brothers, John and Steve Gerlach; and a sister, Carla Carpenter.
Andrea was a 1969 graduate of Celina Senior High School. She retired from Crown Equipment Corp. in New Bremen after 30 plus year of service. She was a member of Grand Lake United Methodist Church in Montezuma, Ohio, and Celina American Legion Auxiliary, Unit # 210; where she served as the 2nd vice president and was very active in the color guard. She was also a life member Celina VFW Auxiliary, Post #5713. Andrea was a very active and generous person who enjoyed reading, gardening, Facebooking, and most of all spending time with her loving husband, children, and grandchildren. She will be deeply missed by all.
Memorial services will be held on Sunday, July 8, 2018, at 3:00 pm at Cisco Funeral Home in Celina, with Celebrant Kathy Correll officiating; where the family will receive friends from 1:00 pm-3:00 pm prior to the services at the funeral home.
The Celina VFW Auxiliary and Celina American Legion Auxiliary will hold membership services prior to the start of the funeral at 3:00 pm.
