Kettering's Fraze Pavilion on Monday night witnessed a fantastic performance of The Who's "Tommy" album by Roger Daltrey and The Dayton Philharmonic Orchestra. Defying age, the 74-year-old powerhouse vocalist was on top of his game singing about a deaf, dumb and blind kid who plays a mean pinball.
