* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Lois Snodgrass
Lois A. Snodgrass, age 88, formerly of Vandalia & Bass Landing at Grand Lake St. Mary and most recently a resident of Cypress Pointe Health Center in Englewood, passed away Monday, July 2, 2018, at Good Samaritan Hospital.
Lois was born May 3, 1930 in Dayton to the late Kenneth & Eleanor (Koerner) West.
In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, Donald R. Snodgrass, in 1999; brother, Tom West; sister, Joan West; son-in-law, Joe Siler; and brother & sister-in-law, Neil & Sue Snodgrass.
Lois was a past secretary of St. Peter's Neurological Center; a member of the Vandalia American Legion Auxiliary Post #668; and former treasurer of the Bass Landing H.O.A.
Lois is survived by four children, Michael Snodgrass (Linda), Donna Halderman (Al), Jean Siler & Joan Fine (Dave); ten grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; two brothers, Russell "Butch" West (Sue) & Jim West (Carol); two sisters, Marilyn Butters & Nancy West; and by her extended family & many good friends.
The family will be receiving friends from 9:30 -11:00 a.m., Saturday (7/7) at Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, 139 S. Dixie Dr., Vandalia.
Funeral services will follow at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Curt Duncan officiating. Interment will be at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens, Tipp City.
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer that contributions be made in memory of Lois to St. Peters Neurological Center, 78 W. Main St., P. O. Box 117, Burkettsville, Ohio 45310.
