* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Colette Dugan
Colette Dugan, 84, of St. Marys, OH died at 3:47 a.m. Thursday June 21, 2018 at Otterbein-St. Marys.
She was born August 4, 1933 in Rockford, OH to Charles and Agnes (Riley) Dugan.
She is survived by: brother Charles (Rose) Dugan of Cleveland, OH, brother Michael (Kay) Dugan of Chelsea, MI, brother Joseph (Sharon) Dugan of Whitehouse, OH, sister Gerry (Charles) Lang of Louisville, KY, sister Judy Hooley of Billings, MT, numerous nieces and nephews
Preceded in death by: parents Charles and Agnes Dugan; Ann Yergens; brother Vincent Dugan; brother Charles Dugan.
She was a graduate of Rockford, OH High School (Class of 1951). She then graduated from Bowling Green State University, where she earned a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education. Her teaching career including positions at Celina City Schools, Parkway School District and Crestview Schools. Later, she worked as a teller for Key Bank in St. Marys.
She was an active member of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church and its altar-rosary sodality, where she served as a lector and Eucharist minister. She was also a member of the JTDM Hospital Auxiliary, and served as treasurer of its Gift Shop. Her favorite pastimes included golfing, bowling and playing the game of Bridge.
A Mass of Christian Burial is scheduled to begin 12:00 noon Monday June 25, 2018 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, with the Rev. Barry Stechschulte, celebrant. Burial will follow at the Riverside Cemetery in Rockford, OH.
Visitation 11:00 a.m.-11:30 a.m. Monday at the Miller Funeral Home 1605 Celina Road (Ohio 703 West Chapel) in St. Marys.
Memorial contributions may be directed to either the church or the St. Marys Community Public Library.
