* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Lorena Rindler
Lorena J. Rindler, age 99, of Burkettsville, passed away Friday, May 11, 2018 at Briarwood Village in Coldwater.
She was born October 9, 1918 in St. Rose, Ohio, to the late Frank & Anna (Schwegeman) Hoehne. On May 10, 1941 she married Eugene Rindler and he preceded her in death on February 19, 1997.
She is survived by her children: Connie & Ken Hartnagel of Dunkirk, IN, Eileen & Don Wabler of Cincinnati, Maury Rindler & fiancée Sue of Miamisburg, Linus & Georgia Rindler of Coldwater, Dennis & Janice Rindler of St. Henry, James & Bev Rindler of Kalamazoo, MI, Don Rindler of St. Henry, and Joan & Brian Borden of Ann Arbor, MI, 18 grandchildren, and 26 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by an infant son Michael Rindler, a daughter-in-law Gail Rindler, siblings, Matilda & Ray Homan, Delores & Cletus Rindler, and Raymond Hoehne, as well as in-laws: Esther & Alfons Stammen, Lavern & Delores Rindler, and Vitalis Rindler.
She was a member of St. Bernard Catholic Church, Burkettsville, and the Altar Rosary Sodality. Lorena enjoyed dancing with her husband, especially polka dances. She was an active member of the former Breakaway Rec Plex Club in Celina. She was a homemaker who enjoyed gardening and tending to her flowers, as well as spending time with her family.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM on Tuesday, May 15, 2018 at St. Bernard Catholic Church, Burkettsville. Burial will follow in St. Bernard Cemetery.
Friends may call on Monday, May 14, from 3:00 to 8:00 pm and on Tuesday from 9:00 to 10:00 am at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home, St. Henry.
Memorial contributions may be made to Center for Neurological Development in Burkettsville or State of the Heart Care.
