* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 4:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 12.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

Valerie Gerlach
Valerie M. Gerlach, age 58, of Clayton, North Carolina and formerly of Coldwater, Ohio, died April 10, 2018 at Johnston UNC Health Care Hospital, Clayton, NC.
She was born October 31, 1959, in Celina, OH, to the late Cletus and Mary (Pottkotter) Romer. On September 12, 1981, she married Bill Gerlach, who survives.
Also surviving are her children, Sarah (Bryan) Grooms of Maysville, KY, Rachel (Rob) Jackson of Spring Lake, NC, Megan Gerlach of Houston, TX, and Zach Gerlach of Kennesaw, GA; grandchildren, Evan, Lucian and Victoria "Tori"; brothers, John (Irene) Romer of Lagrange, IN, Neil (Karen) Romer of St. Henry, OH, Spencer (Patty) Romer of Dayton, OH, Eric (Emily) Romer of Sarasota, FL, Gerard (Sue) Romer of Ormond Beach, FL, Kevin (Melissa) Romer of Greenville, OH, Martin (Kellie) Romer of Greencastle, IN, and Calvin (Carolyn) Romer of Dayton, OH; a father-in-law, Robert Gerlach of Coldwater, OH; and in-laws, Steve (Jane) Gerlach of Coldwater, OH; Dan (Terri) Gerlach of St. Marys, OH, Doug (Cheri) Gerlach of Celina, OH, Alan (Pam) Gerlach of Wapakoneta, OH, and Nancy Gerlach, Coldwater, Ohio.
Preceding her in death are her parents, Cletus and Mary Helen Romer, brother, Paul Romer and her mother-in-law, Elsie Gerlach.
She was a graduate of Fort Recovery High School and Wright State University. Valerie most recently was employed by Crown Equipment.
She enjoyed going to the beach, golfing, baking and playing cards, but most of all loved her family.
She was a member of St. Ann Catholic Church, Clayton, NC and a former member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater, Ohio.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 am Monday, April 16, 2018 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater, Ohio, Fr. Richard Walling officiating. Burial will follow at St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater, Ohio.
Calling is 2:00 pm-6:00 pm Sunday and 9:00 am-9:45 am Monday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery, Ohio.
