* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday morning and evening commutes.

Ferguson Enterprises Inc.'s new pipe yard operation next to the company's distribution center at State Route 29 and Harris Road is open. The expansion is expected to create 36 full-time jobs.
