* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Hubert Baker
Hubert Allan Baker, age 79 of Celina, Ohio, passed away on March 28, 2018. He was in the Gardens at Celina.
He was born the son of the late Leo Jacob and Mary Margaret (Murlin) Baker in Chattanooga, Ohio. On June 1, 1968, he married Charlotte Lane, who survives living in Celina.
Also surviving are his two children Steve (April) Baker of Anderson, IN; Pam (Bob) Elliott of Indianapolis, IN; his granddaughter Olivia Baker of Indianapolis, IN; a brother and sister-in-law Tom (Carolyn) Baker of Celina and two sisters and a brother-in-law Cheryl (Lavern) Hamrick of Willshire and Donna Hone of Celina.
Allan was preceded in death by his parents, a brother and sister-in-law Don (Marti) Baker, and his brother-in-law Jim Hone.
He graduated from Willshire High School in 1956. Allan worked for International Harvester in Ft. Wayne, Indiana as the head of the gear lab department. He finished his career at Micro-Precision in Berne, Indiana, and was also a farmer. He was a member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ in St. Marys. He also served as their visitation minister.
A memorial gathering will be held at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina on Monday, April 2, 2018, from 4-7 p.m.
A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, April 3, 2018, at St. Paul's United Church of Christ, 201 North Perry Street, St. Marys, Ohio, with Rev. Dr. Ed Bray officiating. His remains will be buried in the St. Paul's United Church of Christ Cemetery in Chattanooga, Ohio.
