* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday morning and evening commutes.

A robin, often seen as a symbol of spring, endures Wednesday's snowstorm. On the second day of spring, a nor'easter blew through the area, dumping about 31/2 inches of snow.
