Scattered snow showers can be expected this morning along with westerly winds gusting to around 40 mph at times. Temperatures will continue to fall this morning, with readings dropping well below freezing. Snow accumulations will be a half inch or less. This will result in some slick spots on untreated surfaces as well as bridges and overpasses. Please allow for some extra time to reach your destination this morning. Be prepared for changing road conditions as well as gusty winds.
CELINA - Mercer County commissioners this month authorized refinancing $5.1 million in bonds on behalf of the Western Ohio Educational Foundation for Wright State University-Lake Campus student housing.
NEW BREMEN - High school principal Brian Pohl on Wednesday tendered his resignation, effective June 29.
Pohl, who was hired as principal in 2012, has been with the district for six years. He is leaving to take a position in Colorado, board member Suzanne Wells said this morning.
