* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Edward Bulcher
Edward L. Bulcher, 79 of Rossburg, Ohio passed away on Saturday March 17, 2018 at Shands of UF, Gainesville, Florida.
He was born May 14, 1938 in Versailles, Ohio the son of the late Orville F. & Viola M. (Bruening) Bulcher.
He served his country in the United States Army. He was a farmer and a farm consultant & was district manager of Growers Chemical Corp.
He is preceded in death by his parents; and his sister: Judith Thobe Dircksen.
He is survived by his wife: Roseann M. (Schmitt) Bulcher of Rossburg; children & spouses: Lisa & Tom Vondenhuevel of Sidney, Scott & Mandy Bulcher of Rossburg, Michael & Darlene Bulcher of Rossburg, Nancy & Allen Breig of Greenville, Nichole & Marvin Baltes of Versailles, Jay & Patti Bulcher of Versailles, Renee & Dan Seibert of Versailles; 20 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; Sisters: Barbara & Ivo Osterloh of Egypt, Ohio, Marilyn & David Pax of Celina, Ohio; brother in law: Tom Dircksen of Egypt, Ohio; numerous nieces & nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday March 23, 2018 at 10:30 AM at Holy Family Catholic Church, 11239 Ohio 185, Frenchtown, Ohio with Rev. Fr. Jim Simons Celebrant. Burial will follow in Holy Family Church Cemetery.
Family will receive friends from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Thursday March 22, 2018 and from 9:00 AM until 10:00 AM on Friday at Bailey Zechar Funeral Home, Versailles, Ohio. Veteran's services will be conducted by the Versailles Veterans Honor Guard.
