* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Tonya Engle

Tonya Sue Engle, 52, of Spencerville, Ohio passed away February 19, 2018 at St. Rita Hospital, Lima, Ohio.

Tonya was born October 20, 1965 in Columbus, Ohio to Thomas Dean Sr. and Betty Rose Phillips.

Surviving are her husband Shawn Engle; children, John Rowe of Columbus, Savannah Williams of Celina, and John Thomas of Columbus; step daughter Marissa Engle of Brook, Indiana; mother Betty Phillips; grandchildren, Miranda Williams and Noah Rowe; and siblings, Tom Phillips Jr., David Lee Phillips, and Pauline Phillips.

Tonya was preceded in death by her father Thomas Phillips Sr.

Memorial calling hours will be observed Friday, February 23, 2018 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at Warren-Brown Funeral Home Nelsonville, Ohio.
