* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Renee Bertke-Jensen
Renee Marilyn Bertke-Jensen passed away Sunday, February 11th, 2018, at the Franciscan Hospital in Indianapolis, In., with family.
She was born on September 27th, 1974, to Thomas V Bertke and Irene B Koesters. She married Eric Jensen in New Bremen, OH, on August 27th, 2005. They lived in Brownstown, In., where her husband still resides.
She is also survived by her son James Graphenreed III of Dallas, Tx., 3 step children: Whitney Jensen and Tori Deboard of Shelbyville, In., and Kyle Jensen of Lafayette, In.. Also survived by her parents, Thomas and Kathleen Bertke of Montezuma, Oh., brothers Jeff (Holly) Bertke, Russ (Heather) Bertke, both of New Bremen, Oh., and Patrick (Dawn) Bertke, Celina, Oh., sisters Tina Cotterman, St. Marys, Oh., Monnica Baker of Ohio City, Oh., and Nicole (Julio) Cerventas, Celina, Oh.
She was preceded in death by her birth mother, Irene B Koesters, and niece Tanner Moonshower.
Renee graduated from Celina High School in 1993. She also obtained an associate's degree in Business Administration from Harrison College in Columbus, In. She owned and operated an antique store since June 1st, 2016, in Brownstown, In., called The Mercantile. She was a member of the Cortland Christian Church, Cortland, In.
Visitation will be Sunday, February 18th, 2018, at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater, Oh., from 3 pm-7 pm. Private burial services will be Monday, February 19th, 2018.
