* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Karen Dircksen
Karen S. Dircksen, age 69, of Coldwater, died on Friday, February 9, 2018 at her home.
She was born April 3, 1948 in Coldwater to the late Donald J. & Faye (Arnett) Hierholzer. She married Alfred Dircksen on September 6, 1969 and he survives.
She is survived by her children: Kimberly Sue & Eron Livingston of New Weston, Dale & Karen Dircksen of Union City, Kelly & Troy Steinbrunner of Coldwater, Katie Dircksen of Greenville and Kendra & Jason Aller of Celina; 16 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; a sister Cheryl & Leon Bergman of Maria Stein; stepmother Irma Vagedes-Hierholzer of Jamestown, Tennessee; step siblings, Mike & Mary Vagedes of Tipp City, John & Bonnie Vagedes of Ft. Loramie, Rich & Betty Jo Vagedes of Peru, Indiana and Deb Anderson of Jamestown, Tennessee.
She was also preceded in death by a brother James Hierholzer.
Karen was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother; she loved to crochet and was a 1966 graduate of Coldwater High School.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM on Tuesday, February 13, 2018 at Holy Trinity Church, Coldwater. Burial will follow in St. Elizabeth Cemetery.
Friends may call on Monday from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
Memorials may be made to State of the Heart Hospice.
