* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Only a small percentage of refuse remains at the former site of Dumpsterman Container on Staeger Road. This photo taken on Friday shows progress that has been made a the site. In an agreement, the operators and owners of the property concurred to have the refuse cleared away by March 31 to avoid paying a civil penalty.
