Steven Rohrbach
Steven E. Rohrbach, 66, Saint Marys, died 6:50 P.M. Friday, January 19, 2018, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital in Saint Marys.
He was born September 1, 1951, in Lima, the son of Virgil and Victoria (Greve) Rohrbach. He married Debra Bloom on May 29, 1976, at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Saint Marys, and she survives at the residence.
He is also survived by his children: Leslie (Nate) Ungerott of Dublin, Ohio; Dustin (Danielle) Rohrbach of Hilliard, Ohio; Trevor Rohrbach of Saint Marys. He is survived by his grandchildren: Carder Ungerott; Chase Ungerott; Ty Ungerott; Austin Rohrbach; Aiden Rohrbach; Dylan Rohrbach; Drew Rohrbach. Also surviving are his siblings: Deb Weaks of Saint Marys; Patrick Rohrbach of Saint Marys; Cindy Gray of Celina; Andrea (Mike) Eberle of Saint Marys.
He was preceded in death by his parents; by a brother, Neil Rohrbach; by his brothers-in-law, Robert Weaks and Richard Gray.
Steve was a 1969 graduate of Saint Marys Memorial High School. He was a licensed barber, and he retired from Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company in Saint Marys after 36 years of service.
He loved doing farm work and was most happy on a tractor. He was good at fixing things and working on cars, and he enjoyed talking about politics with his family and friends. He liked to camp, and was a member of Eagles' Lodge 767 in Saint Marys. He was a lifelong member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Saint Marys.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 A.M. Thursday, January 25, 2018, at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Saint Marys, Father Barry Stechschulte, celebrant. Burial will follow at Gethsemane Cemetery, Saint Marys.
Friends may call from 4-7 P.M. Wednesday at the Miller Funeral Home, 1605 Celina Road, Saint Marys, where memorial gifts may be given to the Friends of Holy Rosary School.
