Michael Spencer, a pro-life activist, speaks at the Mercer County Right to Life March for Life Send-Off Rally on Thursday. After a speech by Spencer and a legislative update from Ben Thaeler, a representative of U.S. Congressman Warren Davidson, R-Troy, 45 locals loaded onto a bus headed for Washington, D.C. The March for Life takes place today at the National Mall.
