* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Shirlene Fetters
Shirlene A. (Gallion) Fetters, age 89, some knew her as Granny, of Celina, Ohio, passed away at 5:05 am on Wednesday, January 10, 2018 at her residence in Celina, with her family by her side.
She was born September 24, 1928 Franklin Furnace, Ohio.
She was preceded in death by her father, Willie Gallion; her mother, Esther Howard (Charles) Gollihugh; her daughter Willa & Richard Bigelow; a son, Thomas & Michiko Hodges; twin brothers, Chester & Lester Gallion; and a sister, Jean & Carl Johnson.
She is survived by 6 of 8 children, daughters, Sherry Woods, Las Vegas, Nevada, Rhonda (Charlie) Bennett, Dayton, Ohio, Carol Fetters, Rockford, Ohio, Marcia Hodges (daughter and her caregiver), Celina, Felicia (Roger) Gonzalez, Celina, and Jeff Fetters, Celina; 24 grandchildren; 41 great grandchildren; and 27 great great grandchildren.
Shirlene retired from Reynolds and Reynolds in Celina. She was a member of Celina Baptist Temple, past president of V.F.W. Ladies Auxiliary, and a past member of the Red Hat Ladies. She also volunteered at Celina Area Visiting Nurses.
She loved traveling and the time she spent with her family, she especially enjoyed her last Christmas with everyone. She also enjoyed her church and friends.
Funeral services will begin at 4:00 pm on Friday, January 12, 2018 in Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, with Pastor Steve Clayton officiating; where the family will receive friends from 2:00 pm-4:00 pm prior to the funeral at the funeral home. Private graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family.
Her wish was for memorial contributions to be made to Celina Baptist Temple/Missionary Fund.
