* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Phyllis Dahlinghaus
Phyllis J. Dahlinghaus age 84 of Minster passed away at 11:47 AM on January 4, 2018 at Heritage Manor Nursing Center, Minster.
She was born on May 29, 1933 in St. Marys, Ohio to the late Blanchard Ellis & Helen (McDermitt). She married Harold A. Dahlinghaus on May 22, 1954 in Celina, Ohio. He preceded her in death on July 3, 2015.
She is survived by children: Douglas & Jenni Dahlinghaus, Minster, Susan Massie, Fairborn, Gregory Dahlinghaus, Las Vegas NV and 5 grandchildren: Abby & Mark Connell, Lauren & Dustin Elliott, Kyle, Taylor and Morgan, 3 great grandchildren: Braylon, Grayson & Lincoln, sister-in-law Rosella Sdao, Ottawa, Ohio.
She was preceded in death by her husband, parents and step father Paul E. Deitrick and brother Charles Deitrick.     Phyllis was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church. She was a scout leader, past president for the Minster High School Band Parents and active in various church organizations.   
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, January 10, 2018 at St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster, Ohio with Rev. Rick Nieberding celebrant. Burial will follow in St. Augustine Cemetery.
Friends may call at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Tuesday, January 9, and from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM on Wednesday, January 10.
Memorial donations may be made to the Heritage Manor Activity Fund. Condolences may be left at hogenkampfh.com.
