* WHEN...From 6 AM to 6 PM EST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday morning and evening commutes.

Nancy Otis is creating the future Otis Business Complex at 116 S. Main St., Celina. The storefront that once held the downtown Dollar General store will be split into about 16 commercial spaces, which Otis says will be perfect for start-up businesses.
