* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Mercer County Treasurer David E. Wolters, right, helps Lori Rohrer, Fort Recovery, with her taxes on Friday morning inside the Mercer County Courthouse in Celina. Wolters said lines extended out the door at times this week. Taxpayers were trying to save money by prepaying their property taxes before the new federal tax bill goes into effect Jan. 1. The new tax bill limits deductions for state and local taxes on federal tax forms.
