* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday morning and evening commutes.

Wolters said lines extended out the door at times this week. Taxpayers were trying to save money by prepaying their property taxes before the new federal tax bill goes into effect Jan. 1. The new tax bill limits deductions for state and local taxes on federal tax forms.
